Deb Davis Killed In Head-On West Manchester Township Crash

A woman has died and a couple remains in the hospital following a head-on crash Wednesday morning, authorities announced the following day.

Deborah "Deb" Davis of York Haven was killed after crossing over the double-yellow line and striking another vehicle head-on at 1918 Carlisle Road at 10:56 a.m. on March 27, West Manchester Township police detailed in a release. 

Arriving officers found three people — including Deb — trapped in two vehicles. 

The York City couple in the other vehicle were freed and taken to an area hospital. 

Deb passed and her community is already mourning their loss.
